Last night saw a celebration ofdanceat the David H. Koch theater in Lincoln Center, as stars united for theNew York City Ballet’s annual spring gala, titled “Set in Stone: Creation & Preservation.”

Supported by Christie’s, the 2026 event featured the debut ofSymphonie Espagnole,a number that was choreographed by the NYCB’s principal dancer,Tiler Peck, with costumes designed by Robert Perdziola.

Guest violinist Hilary Hahn performed alongside the New York City Ballet Orchestra.
