My secret dairy: day 1:
Why a To-Do List Isn't Enough for an AI Workforce.
Yesterday I started my work on the zero human company. First thought was how I come from AI task management to an autonomous enterprise operating model?
When we talk about AI agents, I think of isolated tools performing small tasks. But what happens when your entire workforce consists of autonomous agents?
Traditional task-management software reaches its limits immediately. Simply giving an agent a list of tasks leads to chaos, redundancy, and a lack of control without proper context. Damned.
I need something that works as central nervous system and infrastructure backbone for autonomous companies. Like an ERP-System.
In a world where agents make independent decisions, they need more than just instructions: they need structure, governance and accountability. I need somehing in between, that runs my governance.
My company should have its own identity, employees (AI agents), org structures, budgets, and goals. And reports ro create transparency (manager will love this). And also freelancers that do the hard work like in the real world (haha).
Next time we’ll look at a concept to lead these "AI employees."
Any thought support how to manage this?
